Configuring the Status workflow in Bendex Management

The status list is the compilations of all the available statuses of an object and their settings. The most interesting object for the status list is the order, so let’s use a typical order status list as an example.

First of all, in the list view you are able to define the first status, or the starting point. In our case, as soon as an order is created, it takes on the status “New”.

Beyond that, you are also able to define which statuses are hidden where, or if the customer can still change the status of his own, or if the status is a final status which isn’t supposed to change at all anymore, as well as the color they are supposed to be marked in Bendex.Production.

The next step is to adjust every single status in detail:

This basically means to define which statuses are possible from the currently selected status.

In this case, we are looking at the status “Order Accepted”, and the possible next statuses for that are “Order Processed”, “Order Produced”, “Order Completed” and “Order Cancelled”.
